This spring, Rivian owners will be able to use an adapter to access over 15,000 compatible Tesla Superchargers across North America. This is in addition to the 16,000 existing fast chargers they already have access to through other public charging networks.
Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announces a major expansion of public charging options for its electric vehicle customers. Beginning February 2025, Mercedes-Benz BEV drivers will gain access to more than 20,000 Tesla Superchargers across the United States and Canada through the Mercedes me Charge1 service, enabling “Plug & Charge” functionality. This strategic integration underscores Mercedes-Benz’s continued commitment to its comprehensive charging ecosystem that provides a fast, convenient charging and payment experience to all its electric vehicle customers however they choose to charge.
Ford EV customers such as F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E are the first of any non-Tesla automaker to gain access to Tesla Superchargers across the U.S. and Canada.
GM drivers can now charge at over 17,000 Tesla Supercharger stations
- EV drivers will be able to use GM vehicle brand apps to purchase a GM approved NACS DC adapter, as well as find, charge, and pay for sessions
- GM EV customers will ultimately have access to more than 231,800 public Level 2 and DC fast chargers and growing throughout the United States and Canada
